Indian television’s one of the most-loved cooking-based reality shows MasterChef is currently in its 7th season. With the finale episodes just around the corner, contestants have to do their best during the challenges brought by the judges and the celebrity chefs. In a recent promo released by the makers of the show, chef Manish Mehrotra will be seen introducing the season’s last mystery box challenge.
In the video, the chef can be seen bringing three mystery boxes with him for the last challenge. After entering the set, the celebrity chef says, “Badi unique unique si chize chun ke laaya hu.” Contestants are seen anicking and expressing their shock and excitement on getting to use the mystery ingredients. The promo has left the audience excited to know what the show has in store for them. For the unversed, the show has been in the headlines for quite some time now for showing blatant favouritism towards certain contestants. It had all started when the judges had allowed Aruna Vijay to cook a fish-based dish with paneer as a substitute, just because she was vegetarian.
